These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the My Board OS website, applications, and related services (collectively, the "Service"). The Service is operated by Quote Rocket, LLC, doing business as My Board OS ("My Board OS," "we," "us," or "our").
By creating an account, clicking to accept these Terms, or using the Service, you agree to be bound by them. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. The Service
My Board OS is a leadership platform that helps organizations build a customized board of directors, run structured meetings, maintain company profiles and KPIs, track action items and institutional memory, and receive AI-assisted strategic analysis. The Service may also include a coach portal that allows approved coach partners to support enrolled client organizations.
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. We will use reasonable efforts to avoid material disruption, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
2. Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly at support@myboardos.ai if you suspect unauthorized access.
3. Organization accounts and team members
Subscribers typically use My Board OS on behalf of an organization. Organization owners and administrators may invite team members, assign roles, and control access to workspace data. You are responsible for how your organization uses the Service and for ensuring invited users comply with these Terms.
Content submitted to an organization workspace may be visible to other authorized users in that organization and, where enabled, to linked coach partners.
4. Coach partners
Coach partners access the Service through a separate coach portal and may enroll client organizations subject to applicable plan limits and billing. Coaches are independent of Quote Rocket, LLC unless expressly stated otherwise. Quote Rocket, LLC does not provide coaching services directly and is not responsible for a coach's advice, conduct, or relationship with clients beyond operating the platform features made available to coaches.
5. Subscriptions, billing, and payment
Paid features are offered on a subscription basis. Prices, plan limits, and included usage are described on our pricing page or in your account and may change with notice as permitted by law or your agreement with us.
- Payments are processed by Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize us and Stripe to charge your selected payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.
- Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before the renewal date through your billing settings or Stripe customer portal, where available.
- Fees are generally non-refundable except where required by law or expressly stated otherwise.
- We may suspend or terminate access for non-payment or violation of these Terms.
- Taxes may apply based on your location and are your responsibility unless stated otherwise at checkout.
6. AI advisory features and disclaimer
My Board OS uses artificial intelligence to generate analysis, recommendations, forecasts, director perspectives, meeting minutes, drafts, and other outputs based on information you and your organization provide. You acknowledge and agree that:
- BoardOS provides AI-generated analysis, recommendations, and strategic perspectives based on information provided by the subscriber. Recommendations are informational only and should not be considered legal, accounting, tax, investment, insurance, employment, engineering, or other professional advice. Subscribers remain solely responsible for all business decisions and should consult qualified professionals where appropriate.
- AI output may be incomplete, inaccurate, or outdated. You must independently evaluate all recommendations before acting on them.
- Quote Rocket, LLC does not make business decisions on your behalf. Decision authority remains with you and your organization.
- Features labeled with director or expert personas are AI simulations for strategic discussion—they do not represent licensed professionals unless you separately engage such professionals outside the Service.
7. Your content
You retain ownership of information, documents, and other content you submit to the Service ("Customer Content"). You grant Quote Rocket, LLC a non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, store, reproduce, process, display, and use Customer Content solely to provide, maintain, secure, and improve the Service, including through AI processing and authorized subprocessors.
You represent that you have the rights necessary to submit Customer Content and that your content and use of the Service do not violate law or third-party rights.
8. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purposes
- Upload malware or attempt to disrupt, probe, or compromise the Service or its users
- Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code except where permitted by law
- Misrepresent your identity, impersonate others, or access accounts without authorization
- Use the Service to generate or distribute content that infringes intellectual property or privacy rights
- Resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit the Service except as expressly permitted
- Circumvent usage limits, plan restrictions, or security controls
We may investigate violations and remove content or suspend accounts as we deem appropriate.
9. Intellectual property
My Board OS and its software, branding, designs, documentation, and underlying technology are owned by Quote Rocket, LLC or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. Except for the limited rights expressly granted in these Terms, no rights are transferred to you.
10. Third-party services
The Service integrates with third-party providers such as Stripe, email delivery services, video infrastructure, and AI model providers. Your use of those services may be subject to their separate terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party services outside our reasonable control.
11. Confidentiality
We treat Customer Content as confidential within the scope of providing the Service and restrict access to personnel and subprocessors who need it to perform their duties. You are responsible for configuring team access, coach connections, and exports appropriately for your organization's confidentiality needs.
12. Disclaimers
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, QUOTE ROCKET, LLC DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE ERROR-FREE, SECURE, OR MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS.
13. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, QUOTE ROCKET, LLC AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AND SUPPLIERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, GOODWILL, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITY, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE SERVICE OR THESE TERMS, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICE OR THESE TERMS WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID TO QUOTE ROCKET, LLC FOR THE SERVICE IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM, OR (B) ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (US $100).
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of the above may not apply to you.
14. Indemnification
You will defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Quote Rocket, LLC d/b/a My Board OS and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to your Customer Content, your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right.
15. Term and termination
These Terms remain in effect while you use the Service. You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access immediately if you breach these Terms, create risk or legal exposure for us, or if required by law. Upon termination, your right to access the Service ends. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including ownership, disclaimers, limitations of liability, and indemnification.
16. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where mandatory local law requires otherwise.
Except for claims that may be brought in small claims court or for injunctive relief, any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service will be resolved by binding arbitration on an individual basis, and you waive any right to participate in a class action or class-wide arbitration, to the extent permitted by law. If arbitration is not enforceable for a particular claim, the exclusive venue for litigation will be the state or federal courts located in Florida, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there.
17. General
- Entire agreement — These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any order or plan description applicable to your account, constitute the entire agreement regarding the Service.
- Changes — We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance.
- Assignment — You may not assign these Terms without our consent. We may assign them in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
- Severability — If any provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
- No waiver — Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of our right to do so later.
