Are my board members real people?
No. My Board OS provides a curated set of AI board members—specialized directors and an AI Board Secretary—tailored to your business and industry. You are not connected with human advisors or consultants; you get on-demand strategic leadership from a board built around your needs.
What counts as a session?
A live board meeting is a real-time session with your full board. An executive review is an async briefing where the board deliberates and returns written recommendations. A director session is a private 1:1 meeting with a single director. Your first onboarding board meeting does not count against your live meeting limit.
Will I run into usage limits?
Most subscribers stay well within their plan. Your account dashboard shows how much you have used if you are getting close to a limit. You can upgrade anytime for more meetings and reviews.
Can I invite others to join meetings?
Yes. During live sessions, you can invite team members, partners, or advisors to join via video. They participate as guests in your structured boardroom.
Can my coach join my board meetings?
If you link a business coach through their invite code, their observations and accountability guidance are included in your board deliberations. Coaches also get a dedicated portal to manage clients and prepare for sessions.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. Upgrade or change your plan anytime from your account settings. New limits apply from your next billing period.
