What Counts Against Limits
- Live sessions — each completed live board meeting
- Executive reviews — each submitted executive review

- Video minutes — human participant video time in meetings
- Storage — uploaded documents
First Board Meeting
Your introductory first board meeting is free and does not count against your live session limit.
Managing Billing
- Upgrade or change plans via Stripe checkout
- Update payment methods through the Stripe billing portal
- Download past invoices from the billing tab
Usage Tracking
Your dashboard and billing tab show current usage against caps. Plan limits reset on your billing cycle.
