Live sessions are real-time boardroom meetings where you participate as chair alongside your AI directors.
Starting A Live Session
Go to Meetings → Live Session. Choose:
- Meet now — starts immediately
- Schedule for later — pick a date and time
Live sessions count against your plan's live session limit.
Who Can Schedule
Owners and administrators can start or schedule live sessions. All team members with participant access can join.
What Happens In A Live Session
- The secretary opens the meeting and runs through the agenda
- Directors deliberate on topics you raise
- You chair the session — control pace, ask questions, propose motions
- Optional video via Daily.co when configured
- Voice input is available if you prefer speaking over typing
- The secretary drafts minutes when you close the meeting
Scheduling And Management
Scheduled meetings appear on your dashboard and meetings list. Owners and administrators can cancel or reschedule live sessions before they start.
Usage
Each completed live session uses one of your plan's live session credits. Check your dashboard or Account → Plan & billing for remaining capacity.
Tips For Productive Sessions
- Upload relevant documents to your library before the meeting
- Prepare 2–3 focused topics rather than an open-ended agenda
- Complete your company profile so directors have context
- Review open action items from prior meetings
