KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) track whether your organization is succeeding. My Board OS supports up to 5 active KPIs.
MANAGING KPIs
Go to Profile → KPIs. For each metric you can set:
- Name and description
- Target value and baseline
- Current value and unit of measure
- Discipline tag (finance, programs, governance, etc.)
- Status: active, paused, or archived
Charts And Trends
Active KPIs appear on your dashboard with trend charts. Update values during weekly check-ins in meetings or directly on the KPI page.
Weekly Check-ins
During live meetings, you will be prompted to report current KPI values. This keeps data fresh for board deliberation.
Kpi Suggestions
Directors may propose new KPIs during meetings based on your discussion. Accept, edit, or reject each suggestion.
Snapshots
KPI snapshots capture point-in-time values for historical comparison.
Coach Visibility
If linked to a business coach, your coach can view and (unless they are a viewer) edit your KPIs from the coach portal.
