My Board OS includes a free companion app for iPhone and iPad. Use it between live board meetings to capture thoughts, complete your weekly owner check-in, review KPIs, update your ideal customer profile, and ask one director a short question.
The app does not host live board meetings, video, or parliamentary sessions. Those stay on the website. Subscriptions and billing also stay on the website.
Download And Sign In
- Download My Board OS from the App Store (search “My Board OS” or open the download page from myboardos.ai/ios).
- Sign in with the same email and password you use on the website.
- You need an existing My Board OS account. Create one on the website first if you do not have one yet.
Requires iOS 17 or later.
What You Can Do
- Capture — save ideas and observations to your workspace inbox. Attach them when you start the next live meeting on the website. They are not added to the agenda automatically.
- Ask — send one director a limited quick question. This is not a full 1:1 director session.
- Weekly check-in — complete your owner momentum check-in and view recent history.
- Review — look up KPIs, update current values, and read or edit your ideal customer profile.
- Reminders — optionally receive a push notification on your check-in day. Email reminders still send when enabled in Account settings.

Push Notifications
If you enable notifications on your device, My Board OS can send a reminder on your weekly check-in day. You can turn notifications off in iOS Settings. Email reminders continue separately when they are enabled in Account settings.
