My Board OS

Getting Started with My Board OS

Welcome to My Board OS — your virtual board of directors for strategic guidance, accountability, and governance.

What My Board Os Does

My Board OS gives every business owner access to a diverse AI board of directors. You schedule meetings, present your situation, and receive structured deliberation, written recommendations, and institutional memory that carries forward between sessions. A dedicated AI secretary runs procedure, drafts minutes, and keeps the board focused.

Signing Up And Onboarding

After you create your account and verify your email, you complete a short onboarding wizard:

  • Organization name and type (nonprofit, small business, or association)
  • Industry profile — this shapes your default board lineup
  • State of incorporation or operation
  • Plan tier (Starter, Growth, or Enterprise)
  • Optional coach invite code if a business coach referred you

Once onboarding is complete, you land on your dashboard with prompts to complete your company profile and schedule your first board meeting.

Recommended First Steps

  1. Complete your Company Profile (Profile in the main nav) — mission, vision, values, ideal customer profile, and KPIs.
  2. Review your AI Board (Board in the main nav) — add or swap directors to match your needs.
  3. Schedule your First Board Meeting — a free introductory session that does not count against your live session limit.
  4. Invite team members (Account → Team) if others will participate in meetings.
