The secretary will invite you to share about yourself, your business, and what help you need. Directors ask tailored questions, help define who you serve (your ideal customer profile), and suggest KPIs to track success.
This is a focused session — not a full strategic review. Expect introductions and foundational setup, not deep dives into every business challenge.
How To Start
From the dashboard onboarding prompt or Meetings → schedule a First Board Meeting. You can meet now or schedule for later.
IMPORTANT: This meeting is included with your account and does NOT count against your live session limit.
BEFORE YOU START (OPTIONAL)
If you already have KPIs or an ideal customer profile written down, complete your Company Profile first so the board can review and validate them. If not, the board will help you establish them during the meeting.
