Executive review lets you submit a briefing and receive written board recommendations — without attending a live meeting.
When To Use It
- You need strategic input but cannot attend a live session
- You want the board to deliberate privately on a sensitive topic
- You need a written deliverable (plan, recommendation, analysis)
How It Works
- Go to Meetings → Executive Review
- Write your background and specific questions for the board
- Describe your desired outcomes (what the board should deliver)
- Optionally attach supporting files (PDF, Excel, Word, images — up to 10 files, 20 MB each)
- Submit — the board deliberates asynchronously
- You receive an email when recommendations are ready
What You Get Back
Written recommendations addressing your questions and desired outcomes — not more questions back to you. Review them on the meeting detail page.
Usage
Each executive review uses one of your plan's executive review credits. Check Account → Plan & billing for your limit.
Tips
- Be specific about the questions you want answered
- State constraints (budget, timeline, resources) in your briefing
- Attach financials, market data, or proposals when relevant
- Define desired outcomes clearly — e.g. "A 6-month plan to reach 100 subscribers on a $5K budget"
