The document library stores files your board can reference during meetings and reviews.
Uploading Documents
Go to Documents in the main nav. Upload files with a title and category. Supported formats include PDF, Excel, Word, images, and text files.
Who Can Upload
Owners, administrators, and board members can upload documents. Advisors and viewers cannot.
Using Documents In Meetings
- Attach files when starting executive reviews or director sessions
- Reference uploaded documents during live meetings
- Attach files to chair comments in the boardroom
Downloading
Click any document to download it. Documents are also visible to your linked business coach in the coach portal.
Storage Limits
Document storage counts against your plan's storage cap. Check usage in Account → Plan & billing.
