If you work with a business coach who uses Board OS Partner, you can link your organization to their coaching practice.
What Linking Does
When connected, your coach can:
- View your KPIs, profile, meetings, and open actions
- Leave private coach notes (not visible to you or the AI board)
- Post coach observations that are woven into your future AI board meetings
- Assign accountability goals with target dates
You will see a notice on your Board page when a coach is linked. Coach guidance is included in board deliberations.
How To Connect
- Ask your coach for their invite code or enrollment link
- Go to Account → Organization
- Enter the coach invite code in the "Connect business coach" section
- Save — your organization is now linked
You can also enter a coach code during initial onboarding if you have one.
During Onboarding
If your coach gave you an enrollment link (e.g. myboardos.com/join/ABC123), clicking it during signup pre-fills the coach code.
What Your Coach Cannot Do
- Your coach cannot log into your subscriber account
- Coach notes are private to the coach — you and the AI board never see them
- Your coach cannot change your billing or governance settings
- Your coach cannot chair your meetings on your behalf
Disconnecting
Contact support if you need to unlink a coach from your organization.
