Accessing Your Profile
Go to Profile in the main nav. The profile hub shows five pillars with a completion progress indicator.
The Five Pillars
- Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) — who you serve, their needs, and how you reach them
- Mission — why your organization exists
- Vision — where you are heading
- Company Values — 3 to 7 core values that guide decisions
- KPIs & Success Baselines — up to 5 metrics that define success
Ai Draft Assistance
For mission, vision, values, and ICP, click "Draft for me" to have the AI generate a starting point based on your industry and what it knows about your organization. Review and edit before saving.
Why It Matters
Directors reference your profile in every meeting. Incomplete profiles mean generic advice; complete profiles mean tailored strategic guidance.
Completion Tips
- Start with ICP if you are unsure — it anchors everything else
- Use the first board meeting to establish KPIs if you do not have them yet
- Revisit profile quarterly as your business evolves
