What The Coach Portal Does
As a business coach, you get tools to:
- Enroll client organizations with a unique invite link
- Monitor client health, KPIs, meetings, and open actions
- Prepare for coaching calls with AI-generated client briefings
- Leave observations that shape your clients' AI board meetings
- Assign accountability goals with target dates
- Keep private coach notes
- Run your own business on an included personal workspace
Logging In
Go to the coach login page (separate from the subscriber login).
NEW COACH PARTNERS (SELF-SERVICE)
- Visit the Become a Coach Partner page or go to /coach/register
- Create your practice account and complete Stripe checkout for the platform subscription
- Verify your email from the message we send you
- Sign in at the coach login page to access your portal
If you forgot your password, use /coach/forgot-password.
Admin-provisioned Accounts
If Board OS created your partner account for you, use the credentials or welcome email you received. You can reset your password from the coach login page if needed.

- Clients — your client portfolio
- Account — profile, billing, personal workspace
- My workspace — switch to your own subscriber app (owner only)
- Help — this help center
Coach Roles
Owner
- Full access including billing, seat management, and invite code regeneration
- Can open personal workspace and upgrade its plan
Viewer
- Read-only access to client KPIs, profile, and notes
- Cannot create observations, assignments, or edit client data
Getting Setup
- Complete platform subscription checkout if you have not already (Account → Billing)
- Verify your email address
- Share your enrollment link with clients
- Explore the dashboard and generate your first portfolio summary
- Open your personal workspace to experience the subscriber app firsthand
