Coach partner billing is separate from your clients' subscriber subscriptions. You pay for the platform and client seats; clients pay for their own My Board OS plans.
Platform Subscription
- Monthly platform fee (typically $199/month)
- Includes a set number of client seats (typically 10)
- Activate from Account → Billing & seats
Add-on Seats
When you exceed included seats, purchase add-ons:
- Single seat — add one client slot (typically $25/month)
- Seat bundle — add multiple seats at a discounted rate (typically 10 seats for $150/month)
Managing Billing
- Activate platform subscription via Stripe checkout
- Purchase seat packages from the billing section
- Manage payment methods through the Stripe billing portal
- View platform fee and seat count on your Account page
Seat Counting
Each linked client organization uses one seat. When seats are full, you must purchase add-ons before enrolling new clients.
Client Billing
Your clients manage their own My Board OS subscriptions (Starter, Growth, or Enterprise) independently. You do not pay for their plans.
Personal Workspace Billing
Your included Starter workspace is part of the platform subscription. Upgrading your workspace to Growth or Enterprise is a separate charge.
