Your AI board consists of named directors plus a fixed secretary. You choose who sits on your board and how they engage.
Viewing Your Board
Go to Board in the main nav. Each director card shows their name, title, discipline, bio, and avatar.
The Secretary
Your board secretary is a fixed My Board OS employee who orchestrates meetings, runs procedure, and drafts minutes. The secretary cannot be removed or replaced.
Adding Directors
Organization administrators can add directors from the available agent roster. Click "Add board member" and select from specialists in finance, governance, programs, and industry-specific disciplines.
Removing And Replacing
You must keep at least one director plus the secretary at all times. To swap a director:
- Click Replace and choose a new director from the roster
- Or Remove a director (if you have more than the minimum)
Interaction Tone
Customize how each director engages with your organization by setting an interaction tone — e.g. skeptical, warm, or direct. This shapes their personality in your meetings.
Outside Perspective
Apply a custom industry brief to any director to get cross-sector viewpoint. For example, give a healthcare perspective on a tech company. Directors with an outside perspective are marked with a purple indicator. Reset perspective to return to their default expertise.
Industry Changes
If your business pivots to a new industry, use Account → Organization → Change industry to rebuild your board lineup with directors matched to your new sector.
Coach Integration
If your organization is linked to a business coach, coach observations are included in board meetings. You will see a notice on the Board page when a coach is connected.
