Agent API getting started

The Agent API lets your own AI bot act as you in My Board OS.

If you are unsure how a feature works, search GET /api/v1/help before guessing. Never invent endpoints.

Create A Token

1. Sign in on the website.
2. Open Account → Agent API (coaches: coach Account; staff: admin dashboard).
3. Name the token and copy the secret once.

Then

1. GET /api/v1 with Authorization: Bearer {token}
2. Read persona, capabilities, and recipes.
3. GET /api/v1/me
4. Follow recipe executive-review-from-packet for the flagship job.

Boundaries

• My Board OS does not connect to QuickBooks, HRIS, or ERP. Bring that context in as documents, KPIs, and briefing text.
• Plan limits, session caps, and AI token budgets still apply.
• Billing checkout is a Stripe URL for a human browser.
• Coach tokens never enter a subscriber workspace. Mint a subscriber token for personal org work.
• Staff admin is internal and is not documented on /developers.
