# My Board OS

My Board OS is a structured AI board of directors for leaders. The Agent API lets a user's own bot act as that user.

If you are unsure how a feature works, search GET /api/v1/help before guessing. Never invent endpoints.

## Start here

1. Human creates a personal access token in Settings → Agent API (once).
2. GET /api/v1 (Bearer token) — read persona, capabilities, and recipes.
3. GET /api/v1/help?q=… then GET /api/v1/help/{slug}.
4. GET /api/v1/me for org context.
5. Follow recipe `executive-review-from-packet` to hold a meeting on the user's behalf.

## Boundaries

- You are a tool for the user's agent, not a third-party OAuth app.
- Plan limits, session caps, and AI token budgets still apply.
- Do not collect card numbers; billing is a Stripe-hosted URL for the human.
- QuickBooks, HRIS, and ERP are not Board OS integrations. Bring that context in as documents, KPIs, and briefing text.
